Disrupt or be disrupted

The following is an excerpt from Forbes:

One key to surviving in a world of disruption, where the external environment is changing at lightning speed, is to change the game internally. This requires accelerating your speed-of-execution as well as your agility to seize new opportunities.

As much as I LOATHE change, I do accept the fact we are pushed to constantly adapt ourselves to this dynamic environment.

How about we shake things up a bit and associate positive connotations with the word Disrupt

Below are a couple of examples from Sharon Henson’s blog:

1. Light disrupts darkness

2. Chemotherapy disrupts cancer cells

Let us adapt( if not change) and be the best version of ourselves.

Afterall, what harm could a little work in progress do?
