Today’s world is lost in speed
We are victims of monotony
The world awaits the fruit
But is impatient towards the seed
When was the last time we took a breath?
We are compelled to compete in this rat race
This speed is taking us nowhere but closer to our death
We believe life and others will outdo us if we don’t boost our pace
What if all of us aren’t competing in the same race?
All of us have a different journey and path
Alas, we have tripped on our own shoelace
This Rush ironically left us with little time
How much time you ask? You do the math
